Who is this guy?
I’ve been kicking around the idea of doing a personal blog for some time now. Though I’ve got a ton of thoughts on internet marketing, there is much more to me and I’ve felt a bit unauthentic with my web presence. I simply don’t see my whole self when I look at my online profiles. I seem to come off as either a marketing-obsessed guru or a wild rock-star musician. The real me fits somewhere in the middle
So this site will basically be a supplement to Tribeswell.com and MWMCmusic.com. On this site I’ll cover spirituality, minimalism, basic thoughts on life, non-business book reviews, and other personal insights that don’t relate to my music or business endeavors.
Ulterior motives?
There’s only one. And that is that I’d really prefer to rank on the first page of Google search results for my name. I’ve always had to compete with the Colorado soccer player Colin Clark and Colin Clark the famous economist who developed the gross national product model of studying national economies.
Goals?
I don’t have any expectations or goals to speak of with this site. I hope that a few people might find it interesting, that it brings some clarity and perspective to my life, and that it lets people see more of the real me.
